Course Offerings
3-Day Project Management Certification: PMP® Exam Prep (Short Course)
This course is a shortened version of the PMP® Exam Prep comprehensive course. Pre-requisites include: meet minimum requirements to sit for the PMP® Exam and at least 5 years experience working as a project manager. Fewer in-class exercises and in-class tests are provided and heavier reliance is placed on student-directed study outside the classroom. ($900)
5-Day Project Management Certification: PMP® Exam Prep (Comprehensive)
This course is intended to provide the student, who meets the minimum PMI pre-requisites to sit for the PMP® Exam, with more comprehensive, instructor-directed instruction. More class time is spent on exercises, case studies, and in-class testing. This course also meets the minimum 35 contact hours of formal classroom instruction required by PMI. ($1,395)
Project Estimating, Measures, and Controls
This highly participatory two-day course covers, in detail, the quantitative aspects of project management estimating and forecasting, including: duration, resource, and cost estimating; CPM / PERT scheduling; and dealing with uncertainty through use of Three Point estimates, Expert Judgment, Monte Carol analysis and software tools like @Risk and Crystal Ball. ($660)
Essentials of Project Management
This comprehensive three-day course provides an overview of the essential elements of project management, including selection, initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects. An emphasis is placed on introducing students new to project management to the terminology, methods, and processes that comprise the PMI framework.($900)
Risk Management and Complex Projects
A case study approach is used to teach students various techniques for assessing and managing risk. Standard tools and techniques, such as the use of expert judgment, risk severity matrices, and



activites that will get the family or class building a better tomorrow.
